Coaching is not medical advice. Nothing on this platform diagnoses, treats, or prescribes.

The AI coach is software trained on Jeff's methods. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or make medical claims. Every message it writes is tagged AI so you always know whether you are reading the machine or the man.

Talk to a doctor before starting any training or nutrition program, and stop if something hurts in a way that is sharp or lasting.

We collect what is needed to coach you: your contact details, your check-in answers, the numbers you log, and any progress photos you upload.

Progress photos are stored so you can compare them over time. Only you and your coach see them unless you choose to share.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

You can ask for your data or ask for it deleted at any time by emailing the address on the contact page.

Coaching plans run for the term you buy. The one month plan has no commitment and can be stopped at the end of any month.

Plans are for one person. Sharing an account is not permitted.

Content in the members area, including programs, meal plans and lessons, is licensed to you for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active members before they take effect.
