Jeff Beck.
Journeyman industrial laborer. Welding, electrical, roofing, industrial pipe fitting. Ten and twelve hour shifts. Coaching on top of it.
I was not an athlete. I was a guy who worked hard, ate badly, and figured that was the deal. Then I learned nutrition properly and my whole week changed. Not just the mirror. The energy at hour ten. The sleep. The mood at home.
Most plans are written by people who have never worked a double. They assume a free hour and a clean kitchen. That is not the life my clients have. So I build plans that survive a job site, a night shift, and a kid with a fever.
Motivation fades. Structure lasts.
I still work the trade. That is on purpose. It keeps the plans honest. When a client tells me they got called in for a double, I do not need it explained.
I believe the body you were given is worth taking care of, and that the discipline it takes shows up everywhere else in your life. Faith is part of why I do this work. I do not preach it at anybody. I just show up and hold the line.
Tighten the screws.
If your schedule is the problem, that is the thing I am good at.
