People ask what the first month is like. Here it is, honestly, including the boring parts.
Week one
Baseline numbers. Weight at the same time each day, three photos, and an honest account of what your week looks like. The training is deliberately easier than you expect. That is on purpose.
Week two
The food starts to matter. You will find out your protein number is higher than you thought and your calorie number is not as low as you feared.
Week three
The first hard week. The novelty is gone and the results have not arrived. This is where most people quit and it is exactly why the check in exists.
Motivation fades. Structure lasts.
Week four
The seven day average starts to move and the sessions stop feeling like an event. Nothing dramatic. That is what it is supposed to look like.
