People expect an interrogation. It is eight questions and it takes about five minutes. You can type it or talk it, which matters if you are answering from a truck.
What it asks
How the week went, in one word. How many sessions you actually got in. How close you were to your targets. How sleep and energy held up. Whether anything hurts. What got in the way.
Why the last two matter most
The numbers tell me what happened. Those two tell me why. A missed week because your rotation changed is a different problem to a missed week because the plan was too much, and they get fixed in opposite directions.
Answer it honestly or do not answer it. A polished check in gets you a plan for somebody else.
What happens next
You get a short summary back: what went well, what to watch, and what is changing. Sometimes nothing changes. A week where the answer is hold the line is a good week.
Then you do it again in seven days. That is the whole loop, and the loop is the product.
